Marijuana addiction is something many people live with as they hold down jobs and often live a relatively normal life. 1. Start an exercise program.

Exercise will help an addict both mentally and physically become stronger. It will give you leverage in the sense of controlling your body in a healthy way, instead of having an addiction control your body and mind. You don’t have to go crazy here – a simple commitment to running 20 minutes or walking for an hour a day or a few times is a week is enough. The important thing is to just do it.
